Ranhill SAJ oversees Johor’s entire water supply network, from raw abstraction and treatment to distribution and sales of the commodity. With 46 treatment plants delivering a combined capacity of 2,171 Million Liters Daily (MLD), the company’s infrastructure includes 724 reservoirs and 24,150 kilometers of pipelines, serving four million residents across the state as of December 31, 2023. Last year, we maintained a low non-revenue water (NRW) rate of 20.2 m/km of pipe/day, achieving an NRW percentage of 25.0% statewide.
