Change Tariff

A tariff change updates an account's classification from domestic to non-domestic or vice versa, reflecting the current usage at the premise.

This can be requested if there is a shift in domestic or non-domestic activities at the premises:

1) Customers may apply for a tariff change by submitting a formal application letter to a Ranhill SAJ counter. 

2) Ranhill SAJ reserves the right to adjust the tariff based on the actual activity at the premises.
