Installment

Ranhill SAJ offers an installment plan to help customers avoid disconnection of the water supply. Customers may apply this plan if they have a high water bill due to internal plumbing leakage or if they are falling behind on the water bill.

Email your request to customer.care@ranhill.com.my or submit a letter at any Ranhill SAJ Counter.

The company reserves the right to cancel the plan if payment is not received by the due date. A notice will be sent to the customer requiring full payment of the outstanding balance.
