Installment

Ranhill SAJ offers installment plan to help customer to avoid disconnection of water supply. Customer may apply this plan if high water bill due to internal plumbing leakage or if falling behind on water bill.

Customers would need to provide a formal letter to apply for installment plan  and email to customer.care@ranhill.com.my or submit to Ranhill SAJ Counter.

Ranhill SAJ will cancel the plan if by due date the payment has not been made and a notice will send to the respective customer requiring the entire amount owing to be paid.
