Customer Information Center

Established in October 1999, the Customer Information Center serves as a hub for handling complaints and providing local information for water consumers in Johor. We offer round-the-clock service, seven days a week. Our department comprises Ranhill SAJ Info Center Section and the Quality & Compliance Unit.

We are responsible for handling mediums of complaint that consist of toll-free line (1800-883-7474), SMS (AT< >RanhillSAJ < > Aduan and send to 63001) email (customer.care@ranhill.com.my). 

Our primary objective is to furnish the most up-to-date information regarding local water supply issues and address any complaints related to water supply challenges faced by consumers. Additionally, consumers can access the latest information concerning their bills and any water disruptions.

On average, Ranhill SAJ Infor Center receives more than 26,000 calls per month covering various categories of complaints, including issues such as no water, leakages, water quality concerns, damage inquiries, low water pressure, billing inquiries, and other related matters.
