Termination of Water Supply
Steps of Termination
Whenever a customer wishes to vacate or no longer occupy their premise, they should close their water account. Once the account is closed, water supply will be cut off and water meter will be removed depending on cases.
Disconnection of Water Supply by Request
Consumer shall fill up Termination of Water Supply Application Form together with required supporting documents as stated below:

The completed form and supporting documents should be submitted to Ranhill SAJ counter for validation and process.
Ranhill SAJ will reimburse the deposit by crediting to customer’s bank account after deducting any outstanding amount if any. However, if there are any outstanding charges the customer must pay before the water supply is terminated.
Disconnection of Water Supply by Enforcement
Termination of Water Supply by enforcement will be made by Ranhill SAJ panel plumbers when no payment is received after 30 days of the bill issue and 14 days from the date of notice of warning to the user.
