Change of Account Name

Change of account ownership is opening a new account by a customer at existing premise such as purchasing secondhand property, renting a premise and change the account name on the water bill.

Steps of Application

Customer must fill up Ranhill SAJ Water Supply Services Application Form and submit it to Ranhill SAJ counter.

**Customer must print the Water Supply Services Agreement Form in A3 size

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Copy of Identity Card (NRIC)
  • Copy of witness Identity Card (NRIC)
  • Copy of Sales & Purchase (S&P) agreement
  • Copy of land title

APPLICATION CATEGORY

Tenant (Residential, Commercial)

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Copy of Identity Card (NRIC)
  • Copy of witness Identity Card (NRIC)
  • Copy of Tenancy Agreement
  • Other Application
  • Statutory Declaration, Owner confirmation letter, a letter of support for the parties involved, property tax assessment

Company Tenants

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Applicant I/C
  • Tenancy Agreement, Property Tax Assessment
  • Company Registration Certificate (SSM)
  • Copy of Form24 & Form49

Once the application has been approved, customer should pay deposit, reconnection charges, stamp duty and/or other charges (if applicable) that has been set based on type of premises.

Once payment has been paid, Ranhill SAJ will ensure meter has been installed at the premise.
