Ranhill SAJ took part in the Borneo International Water & Wastewater Exhibition & Conference (BIWWEC) 2026 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Sarawak recently.

The three day program held last month, themed Global Partnerships for a Climate-Ready Water Future was held to gather water industry leaders, experts and innovators.

It is also aimed to exchange knowledge, share insights and explore collaborative solutions towards a more sustainable and climate-ready water future.

Key highlights was forum on Tackling NRW in a Water-Stressed Future: Policy, Technology, and Investment.

The forum featured Group Chief Executive Officer, Ranhill Utilities Berhad, Mohd Hedzir Hanafi, alongside Chief Executive Officer, Air Selangor, Dr. Adam Saffian Ghazali and Chief Regulatory Officer, Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS), Philippines, Patrick Lester N Ty.

Lead of Technology & Innovation, Ranhill SAJ, Mohd Farhan Mohd Mukelas also presented paper on Driving Sustainable Water Utilities Transformation Through Green Innovation, Strategic Collaboration and Operational Excellence.
