Treated water supply complies with National Standard for Drinking Water Quality Malaysia - Quality Assurance Programme (QAP).

All services at Ranhill SAJ’s and agency counter shall be attended within 30 minutes and 35 minutes for Johor Bahru Agency.

New water supply connections shall be installed within the following period upon payment of the deposit:
2 days for individual application
7 days for clustered application

Approval for reticulation plans shall be responded within 20 days from the date of the application.

Notification on scheduled water supply disruption shall be informed at least 7 days in advance.

Reconnection of water supply due to enforcement activity shall be made within 2 days upon receipt of proof of payment with completed meter stand.

In the event of disruptions, alternative water supply shall be ready to deploy upon ID created within specified timeframes:
During working hours: maximum timeframe of 3 hours
After working hours: maximum timeframe of 5 hours

Enquiries and complaints received through SAJ Info Center (SAJiC) shall be resolved and responded within 3 working days through the following channels:
