This Policy also acts to provide the necessary protection and confidentiality for whistleblowers.
Scope This Policy applies to any improper conduct involving employees as well as directors, shareholders, consultants, vendors, contractors, and/or any other parties in a business relationship with the Company.
Improper Conduct Improper conduct is defined as any conduct by an employee or other parties which constitutes a criminal offence or any other conduct that involves wrongdoing or malpractice.

True to our vision in joining the ranks of world-class organization, Ranhill SAJ is committed to implement Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy to pursues continuous operations, quality service provision, safe and healthy workplace, energy optimization, security of information, integrity and anti-corruption culture, quality, timely and reliable laboratory data, and production of quality and safe potable water. The IMS policy aims to drive Ranhill SAJ to meet its customers’ expectations, comply with applicable regulatory requirement, maintain high level of integrity in its business dealings and to grow its business based on its inherent core values, customer satisfaction, and customer-centric orientation.

To upheld a zero-tolerance stance to bribery and corruption and to act professionally, fairly and with integrity in our business process.
To provide channels and encourage reporting on misconduct to Whistleblowing Policy.
To provide full cooperation to Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and established Ranhill SAJ ABMS Team for the purpose of curbing corruption practices in Ranhill SAJ.
This IMS Policy applies to the top management of Ranhill SAJ, all Ranhill SAJ employees (whether permanent or temporary), and individuals acting on Ranhill SAJ’s behalf.
